I learned a lot from Diigo, a platform I have never used before. I had no idea a system like collaborative annotation existed! It could be extremely useful for groups annotating the same articles or researching the same topics as it allows for different perspectives through the comments and annotations of others. It can also be used as a bookmarking and personal annotation system for those using it for personal uses
PowerPoints can be used to enforce each level of Bloom's taxonomy no matter what lesson. Let's say I was teaching the solar system. To enable the the first level of Bloom's taxonomy, remembering, would simply be me defining the solar system as a whole and generic space information in a PowerPoint. To enable understanding, I would then compile a PowerPoint discussing each planet individually. To enable applying, I would make a quiz in the form of a PowerPoint and go over it as a class to see the standing of the students. To enable analyzation, I would compile a PowerPoint discussing the similarities and differences between the planets of solar system and planet Earth. To enable evaluation, I would compile a PowerPoint with each planet and have the students determine whether or not humans could live there or not depending on its characteristics. Lastly, I would have the students create a personal PowerPoint on their favorite planet to enable creation.
